Prior to joining the Firm in January, 2007, Mr. Swearingen worked in the areas of real estate acquisition and development, first and third party insurance litigation, legal services regarding housing and consumer matters, and general civil litigation.

Mr. Swearingen practices in all areas of civil litigation.
